Our Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including any shoe boxes, tags, and dust bags.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ovable.shop or call us at +1 (204) 661 8115 during our business hours Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
Return Shipping
We want to make returns easy for you. OVABLE will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to send your item back to us.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures the fastest service and that your desired item is in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@ovable.shop with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the shipping process. Our order processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned according to our return policy.

Please note that OVABLE currently ships only within Canada. All orders benefit from free shipping and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after a 1-2 business day processing period.
