How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after returning the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After processing, orders cannot be cancelled.
