All orders placed on ovable.shop are processed within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within an estimated 3-5 business days.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, unforeseen weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond OVABLE’s control.
3. Shipping Destinations
OVABLE currently ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. OVABLE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
